Inbox Food Hub is just one of the food parks in town that you surely don’t want to miss! Not only it provides good food, it also comes up with programs and shows that will leave all the guests enthralled and entertained.

* Inbox Food Hub also offers a variety of food stalls, but for some reasons, we were not allowed to take a picture of it, and we do respect that. 😊

Nevertheless, they never failed to impress us with their food. Great job!!

We tried Mr. Poppers’ Seafood Basket Meal for 3 (P600), consisting of Squid Poppers, Black Pepper Suahe, and Baked Mussels. It was supposed to include Salted Egg Crab, however, according to the stall servers, crabs are being delivered from Pasay, and by the time we arrived, it was not yet available. It’s actually fine, but it was somehow disappointing for me though since I’m really craving for crab that time.

So if you’re thinking of visiting Inbox, it would be best if you can go at a later time, maybe 7:00 or 8:00PM so that you’ll also get to taste more dishes. When we visited the place and arrived at around 5:00pm, most of the stalls were not yet opened so we only had a limited choice of food.

Of course, there is always room for dessert! And so we tried Dot-Cha’s “Cookie Bingsu” (P240). 🍧

BINGSU is one of the popular Korean desserts, which basically means “shaved ice”. It may be topped with cookie, fruits, or sweets, and is somehow similar to our very own Halo-Halo.

Honestly, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I really liked the taste of this cookie bingsu. It’s not that sweet, actually. I just loved how milky and tasty it was.

We were also quite entertained by this duo, known as Jabah Mime, who dances and performs comedic acts. Their show starts at 7pm. 🎭

Food Barn offers 21 varieties of food stalls to choose from, that can surely satisfy your cravings.

It has an Eco-friendly ambiance. 🌳Not only it is surrounded with trees, most of their chairs and tables are also made up of recycled materials such as tires and drum containers.

They also provide a mini-playground for your kids, and live band that starts at 7pm.

Most importantly, the comfort rooms are clean!

📍Food Barn is located at Jose Abad Santos, Salitran 4, Dasmariñas City, Cavite (Beside the Garden Grove Village, near the Orchard Golf and Country Club)

My sister and I ordered Butterfly Squid with Java Rice, P350 (Above Sea Level), Garlic Parmesan Wings, P135 (We-Go Wingsman), Ham and Cheese Egg on a stick, P40 each (Egglicious), Nachos Sisig, P129 (Berong’s Sisig) and Large sized Red Tea, P 150 (Oasis).

We actually would like to order more food but since we’re just two, We’re thinking that if we ordered more, we might not be able to finish all the dishes. Besides, we wouldn’t want to waste any of the food.

Anyways, I liked the taste of the butterfly squid. What we ordered was the King Sized Squid which is good for three because both my sister and I are big eaters. The squid was a lil’ bit crunchy and it perfectly matches the taste of the java rice.

Then my sister’s fave was the Garlic Parmesan wings. She said it was good. She even mentioned that she prefers this one rather than the garlic Parmesan at Frankie’s, which is one of the popular chicken joints. I wasn’t able to taste it though ‘coz I’m not a fan of Parmesan cheese, and then the rest of the food were just okay.

So I’m giving them ★★★✩✩ for the food, and ★★★★✩ for the customer service. I’d like to commend the crews and waiters who’s serving us with all smiles. Good job!
